This class focuses on the dance and expressive side of pole. You’ll learn choreographies in high heels, combining floorwork, pole transitions, and fluid movements to create a sensual and confident flow. The focus is on musicality, body awareness, and developing your own style. It’s not about tricks, it’s about how you move, feel, and express yourself. Level: Open level (heels experience recommended) Focus: Choreography, flow, musicality & self-expression in heels
